Description

Lead the IT Risk function within the Digital Transformation group, ensuring SOX compliance and control integrity on-site in Westminster, CO.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the IT Risk function, developing risk management strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Design, implement, and monitor IT General Controls (ITGCs) to secure IT infrastructure and systems.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and oversee control testing to ensure SOX compliance.
• Manage access controls, user provisioning, segregation of duties, and privileged access management.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors during SOX audits and assist in addressing deficiencies.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT risk management, IT audit, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of SOX Compliance, PCAOB requirements, COSO Framework, and US GAAP.
• Proven experience in risk assessment, control evaluation, and compliance testing.
• Expertise in designing and implementing IT General Controls (ITGCs).
• Ability to manage user provisioning, segregation of duties, and privileged access management.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills to address control deficiencies and identify compensating controls.
• Experience managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or CISSP.
• Experience with Salesforce, RevPro, MuleSoft, DevSecOps, and Quote to Cash (Q2C) processes.
