You will drive business growth by acquiring and closing projects in web development, mobile applications, and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through hunting and farming strategies.
• Analyze project requirements to prepare detailed proposals, lead pre-sales discussions, and manage negotiations.
• Manage lead generation teams to ensure the delivery of qualified leads.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including handling escalations and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to propose solutions and manage risks.
• Report daily activities, including leads, opportunities, and potential issues, to management.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT sales and project acquisition.
• Proven track record in closing Web Development, Mobile App, and Digital Marketing projects.
• Deep technical knowledge of current web, mobile, and digital marketing technologies.
• Experience in CRM Sales, ERP Sales, and Software Solution Sales.
• Proficiency in International Sales and Cold Calling.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for overseas client interaction.
• Ability to manage and motivate lead generation teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
