Description

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams managing large-scale SAP ECC projects within the IT Refinery, Operations, and HEP area.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, requirements, timelines, costs, quality, and human resources.
• Identify risks and issues while developing effective mitigation plans.
• Lead status reporting, scheduling, and resource assignment meetings for all management levels.
• Manage outsourced off-site teams and external vendor engagements.
• Maintain project documentation, repositories, and traceability matrices for testing.
• Direct functional work streams including SAP PM, MM, IM, FI, CO, and P2P.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience managing large-scale SAP ECC projects.
• 8+ years of experience with the end-to-end SAP IT System Development Lifecycle.
• Deep knowledge of SAP functional modules: PM, MM, IM, FI, CO, and P2P.
• Experience managing implementation projects with responsibilities shared across multiple system integrators.
• Proven track record leading EAM, mobile device implementation, or business process re-engineering projects.
• Experience guiding executive-level business decisions and performing business analysis.
• Proficiency with MS Project and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or 12+ years of PMO/Project Management experience).

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the refinery industry.
