Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to enable team delivery and continuous improvement.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure full team engagement.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy backlog for effective execution.
• Shield teams from external interference to optimize productivity and delivery.
• Coach members on Agile practices and foster a growth mindset.
• Identify impediments, manage interdependencies, and support organizational Agile maturity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience guiding Agile teams through transformation processes.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master with strong knowledge of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project management and documentation.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to build teams and facilitate effective ceremonies.

Preferred Skills

• Agile certification.
