Roles and Responsibilities:

• Serve as Scrum Master for Data & AI Agile teams, providing facilitation and coaching to ensure successful delivery of data products and AI solutions.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives tailored to data and analytics workflows.
• Coach teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum practices, driving continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Owners, Data Scientists, and Data Engineers to support backlog prioritization, refinement, and clarity of user stories for data and AI outcomes.
• Manage delivery risks and impediments across data dependencies and AI/ML lifecycle challenges, ensuring timely escalation and transparency.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 8 years of related IT experience supporting Agile teams in data, analytics, or AI/ML environments
• Agile delivery leadership and Scrum facilitation
• Scrum Master experience with CSM (Certified ScrumMaster)
• Delivery management with strong stakeholder management across cross-functional teams
• AI/ML program delivery experience in data and AI environments

Good to Have:

• Workflow experience in Agile delivery contexts
• Data modeling experience

Education:  B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech (Dual) (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science / Analytics Data Operations)
