Own the delivery of business and technology projects, ensuring alignment with budgets, plans, and requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive project delivery to completion and report status updates to the Executive Steering Committee.
• Break down complex tasks into actionable, sequenced work items and manage procurement for vendors.
• Control project scope with a focus on delivering a minimum viable product.
• Conduct project meetings and perform tracking and analysis to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Define requirements and build comprehensive project plans.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience in project management or similar roles.
• Practical experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to work within a formal project governance structure using required templates and reporting.
• Experience gathering and defining requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous complex business process scenarios.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills for communicating across all stakeholder levels.
• Capability to work under broad direction with general supervision.
