Description

Manage and track business and IT initiatives to ensure projects are completed within budget and according to established requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive business and technology projects to completion while adhering to project management governance and established processes.
• Generate project schedules, identify resource needs, and manage the procurement of vendor products or implementation services.
• Break down complex tasks into actionable, sequenced work items and manage scope creep to focus on delivering a minimum viable product.
• Conduct project meetings, track progress, and report status updates to the Executive Steering Committee.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and stakeholders across multiple business and platform areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work within a formal project governance structure using specific methodologies and templates.
• Experience gathering and defining complex business process requirements.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects with changing priorities.
• Strong organizational and presentation skills for communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively under broad direction with general supervision.
