Description

You will drive business and technology projects to completion while adhering to established budgets, business plans, and governance requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery efforts and report status updates to the Executive Steering Committee.
• Generate project schedules, identify resource needs, and complete vendor product procurement.
• Break down complex tasks into actionable, sequenced work items.
• Track project progress, monitor schedules, and escalate issues to leadership as required.
• Manage scope creep with a focus on delivering a minimum viable product.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management or similar roles.
• Experience working with Agile projects and methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience with Visual Studio.
• Proven ability to gather and define requirements and build comprehensive project plans.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple parallel work efforts and client expectations.
• Ability to work within a project governance structure using required templates and reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with State or Federal Government Appropriations.
• Experience using Team Foundation Server.
