Description

Manage day-to-day identity administration, access control, and security operations across multiple environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute identity administration tasks including user creation, deletion, modification, and password resets for supported technologies.
• Process Leave of Absence and Return to Work requests, ensuring immediate access removal for terminated employees.
• Escalate complex security issues to management and provide advanced troubleshooting support to the Service Desk.
• Implement initiatives to automate and simplify security administration processes.
• Follow Security Administration Standard Operating Procedures and participate in regulatory, audit, and IAM projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT security administration.
• Mandatory ITIL certification.
• Working knowledge of SailPoint Identity IQ, UNIX LDAP, O365, Active Directory, SharePoint, and ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Effective communication skills for working with remote teams and stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.
