Description

You will secure tolling-related infrastructure by monitoring security alerts and investigating potential incidents.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and logs using SIEM and other monitoring tools.
• Analyze, investigate, and triage security events involving tolling systems and devices.
• Coordinate with Tolling Division personnel, vendors, and OT operations teams for incident response and forensics.
• Onboard tolling systems into OT cybersecurity monitoring through asset inventory, log ingestion, and configuration baselines.
• Perform security assessments to identify vulnerabilities, misconfigurations, and compliance gaps.
• Support the integration of tolling infrastructure into vulnerability management, endpoint detection, and access control tools.
• Develop and maintain incident response procedures and playbooks for tolling infrastructure.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including at least 1 year supporting OT, ICS/SCADA, or critical infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with SIEM tools, log analysis, and incident response workflows.
• Working knowledge of networking protocols and system hardening.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience supporting or securing tolling systems, traffic management infrastructure, or roadside equipment.
• 3 years of experience working with third-party vendors in state-managed and vendor-managed environments.
• Knowledge of NIST 800-53, NIST 800-82, or CIS Controls.
• Certifications: GICSP, GCIA, CompTIA Security+, or CISSP.
