Description

You will own vulnerability scanning and security metrics for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute vulnerability management scanning and generate detailed reports.
• Troubleshoot security issues across Linux, Windows, and UNIX environments.
• Perform trend analysis to track security performance and identify gaps.
• Create data-driven dashboards using scripting to provide actionable metrics.
• Parse system logs to identify security patterns and anomalies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT security experience.
• Strong administrative knowledge of Linux, Windows, and UNIX.
• Proficiency with PowerShell and Python scripting.
• Experience with log parsing using grep, sed, or AWK.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
• Local to Lansing, MI, within a 1-1.5 hour commute.
• Willingness to attend onsite, face-to-face interviews.
