Description

You will secure application delivery controllers and web application firewalls to ensure high availability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory and configure F5, A10, AVI, and NGINX load balancers to support 99.99%+ uptime.
• Troubleshoot complex network layer 1-7 issues and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Execute hardware and software upgrades, WAF onboarding, and cloud migrations.
• Automate repeatable tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Respond to high-priority on-call engagements within 15 minutes during a 1-in-4 week rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network security or application delivery.
• Hands-on experience with F5 LTM, F5 GTM (DNS), F5 ASM (AWAF), and F5 SSLO.
• Experience with A10 and AVI load balancers.
• Proficiency in Shape Bot Protection and securing applications from malicious HTTP/S traffic.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP native console tools.
• Ability to use Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Jenkins for automation.
• Strong scripting skills for building automation tools.
