Description

Monitor security alerts and respond to incidents to protect infrastructure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts, logs, and events using SIEM and monitoring tools.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Perform vulnerability assessments and support remediation activities.
• Manage user access controls and identity management processes.
• Conduct security risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Experience with security monitoring, vulnerability management, and incident response.
• Familiarity with firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM, IDS/IPS, and IAM.
• Understanding of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Controls.
• Knowledge of network security, operating systems, and security principles.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CySA+, CEH, GSEC, SSCP, or CISSP.
• Experience securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python.
