Description

You will manage governance, compliance, and data security protocols within the Information Security Office.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards including HIPAA and other data protection laws.
• Classify data by sensitivity and maintain strict handling guidelines for each type.
• Configure and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) applications and optimize platform alerts.
• Securely integrate data between on-premise and public cloud solutions.
• Educate staff on security best practices and compliance requirements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in information security or engineering analysis.
• Deep technical expertise in HIPAA regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience configuring and maintaining Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools.
• Proven ability to secure data exchanges between on-premise and cloud environments.
• Experience assessing data quality, including accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Strong background in data security practices to prevent breaches.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
