Lead IT security operations, risk management, and business resiliency in an enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead security operations and support staff, ensuring effective security controls and risk management.
• Oversee the threat operations program, including policy enforcement, emergency planning, and security awareness initiatives.
• Develop security standards and procedures in collaboration with IT and other business functions.
• Manage proactive monitoring, reporting, and metrics while providing detailed risk and remediation guidelines.
• Mentor support staff and administrators by providing technical direction on security projects and operational requests.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in large to enterprise-level organizations.
• 2+ years of dedicated IT Security experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with PCI compliance or similar regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with enterprise-level network architecture and topologies.
• Experience with Cloud and hybrid Cloud/on-premise security designs.
• Ability to triage intelligence alerts and events from intelligence partners.
• Proven ability to provide evidence-backed analysis and develop executive decision-support content.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
