Description

You will manage security awareness programs and oversee IT systems change management to safeguard physical and informational assets.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Align security awareness programs with organizational objectives by collaborating with technology security, communications, and marketing teams.
• Oversee IT systems change management with a focus on risk mitigation and security awareness.
• Manage enterprise-wide phishing simulations and execute security awareness training programs.
• Administer security systems, analyze data for potential threats, and identify compliance needs.
• Develop, monitor, and report on security awareness KPIs and metrics for leadership review.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working in a direct IT security environment.
• Experience aligning organizational security awareness programs.
• Experience overseeing IT systems change management.
• Experience providing direct coaching to employees and departments to reduce security incident risks.
• Experience administering security systems and analyzing data for threats and compliance.
• Project Management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with PMO to integrate security into new technology deployments.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, or a related field.
• CompTIA Security+ Certification.
• Program or project management experience in a leadership role.
