Description

Lead the information security department, aligning security activities with corporate strategy and managing staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Direct the design, implementation, and testing of IT security plans, firewalls, and access control systems.
• Identify emerging vulnerabilities, evaluate risks, and deploy effective countermeasures.
• Manage the reporting, investigation, and resolution of data security incidents.
• Develop and maintain IT security policies, procedures, and staff awareness campaigns.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in information security and leadership roles.
• Expertise in constructing, publishing, and maintaining security policies.
• Deep knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance and internal IT controls.
• Proficiency with network protocols and access control mechanisms.
• Experience managing firewalls and technical security projects to completion.
• Strong understanding of data privacy and information security regulations.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Proven ability to influence corporate adoption of security concepts and strong analytical decision-making skills.
