Description

You will support and troubleshoot complex security products, including secure browsing solutions and enterprise browser components, while managing Windows and MAC operating systems in a large enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for automation and troubleshooting tasks.
• Assist in policy management, URL syntax coding, and modification of RPA scripts.
• Support and troubleshoot secure browsing products and centralized management backend systems.
• Manage and maintain Windows and MAC operating systems within the enterprise.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security protocols and ensure compliance.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience supporting large enterprise environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows and MAC operating systems.
• Proficiency with command line tools and PowerShell scripting.
• Experience managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) products.
• Understanding of REGEX (Regular Expression).
• Direct experience with secure browsing products, including desktop browsers.
