Description

You will design and implement computing solutions to strengthen system and project security in San Diego, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation scripts to handle, track, and mitigate security incidents.
• Configure and manage firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and prevention protocols.
• Conduct forensic investigations and respond to network intrusions.
• Perform regular security checks and log reviews to identify vulnerabilities.
• Create test plans to evaluate security issues in new or upgraded hardware and software.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT security.
• Expertise in DLP, Netskope, and CyberArk.
• Proficiency in Python and JSON.
• Experience using Jira and GitHub.
• Advanced understanding of intrusion detection and prevention protocols.
• Strong knowledge of common computer languages and operating systems.
• Proven incident-response and computer forensics skills.
• Ability to implement multi-layered defense strategies for network protection.
