You will design and develop interfaces, services, and critical frameworks within an ESB integration platform.
Responsibilities
Design and develop interfaces and services for consumption and publishing via ESB.
Build advanced Enterprise Service Bus solutions by integrating existing applications, web services, databases, and business process management systems.
Develop critical frameworks and perform proof-of-concepts within the integration platform.
Design service contracts, analyze requirements, and participate in estimation activities and JAD sessions.
Create use cases, process flow diagrams, and functional specifications using UML.
Required Skills
8+ years of experience in integration and software engineering.
Deep experience with IBM integration technologies including Message Broker, IIB, DataPower, and WS-R*.
Hands-on experience with IBM WebSphere Message Broker (V6.x/7.x/8.x) and IIB V9.
Proficiency in developing, testing, and debugging flows using ESQL, Java, and graphical mapping tools.
Expertise in message transformation using ESQL, Java, and Maps.
Technical knowledge of MQ, JMS, JDBC, XML, XPath, SOAP, WSDL, and Message Parsers.
Strong understanding of SOA, design patterns, and messaging technologies.
Knowledge of event-based integration, including pub-sub, request/reply, and synchronous/asynchronous patterns.
Familiarity with scalability, high availability, security, and adapter usage in IBM environments.
Preferred Skills
Experience migrating artifacts and flows from Message Broker to IIB.
Knowledge of DataPower appliance and exposing stored procedures.
