Description

Lead Security Operations Center (SOC) activities and drive enterprise compliance to strengthen security posture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SOC operations, security analysts, and investigations into problematic activity.
• Manage deployment, integration, and configuration of new and existing security solutions.
• Design and maintain security architecture and documentation, including policies, standards, and guidelines.
• Direct vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.
• Collaborate with compliance teams to maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT Security experience.
• 5+ years of Systems and Network Security experience.
• 5+ years of Management experience.
• 2+ years of AWS experience performing security reviews of applications and infrastructure.
• Active CISSP, CompTIA Security+, or AWS Certified Security certification.
• Technical knowledge of disaster recovery, software protection, and database protection.
• Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk), endpoint security, and threat intelligence tools.
• Proficiency in Network Security, AWS, and Access Management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
