Description

You will lead the Information Security team to develop and deliver enterprise-wide IT security standards, architecture, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) operations and manage security analysts.
• Direct the deployment, integration, and configuration of new and enhanced security solutions.
• Design and maintain the department security architecture and documentation, including policies and baselines.
• Supervise investigations into problematic activity and manage vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, and security audits.
• Collaborate with Compliance teams to maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in information technology security.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM tools, specifically Splunk.
• Experience managing endpoint security and threat intelligence tools.
• Proven ability to direct subordinate supervisors and technical staff.
• Expertise in designing security architecture and implementing auditing processes.
• Experience managing security awareness training programs and industry standard compliance studies.
• Ability to evaluate and select security applications and systems.

Preferred Skills

• Partner with Systems and Network departments to implement security administration for all IT projects.
