You will manage the intersection of regulatory requirements and technical security controls.

Responsibilities

• Draft corporate policies and manage security documentation.
• Analyze laws and regulations to determine their impact on specific business segments or markets.
• Translate legal, technical, and compliance topics for a broad audience.
• Bridge the gap between regulatory mandates and technical cybersecurity controls.
• Work independently and collaboratively to meet organizational security goals.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in risk management, information assurance, or cybersecurity.
• Experience drafting corporate policies or working in document management.
• Proven ability to explain complex legal and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity technologies and controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Information Assurance, Information Security, Cybersecurity, IT, Law, Data Privacy, or a related field (equivalent work experience accepted).

Preferred Skills

• CRISC certification.
• CISSP certification.
• CISA certification.
