Description

You will define and drive the product strategy for Identity and Access Management (IAM) services.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the strategic roadmap for IAM services, including SSO, MFA, RBAC, and identity lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with academic, HR, student services, and IT teams to define identity and access requirements.
• Oversee the operation and performance monitoring of IAM platforms like Azure AD, Okta, or SailPoint.
• Ensure IAM services meet compliance requirements, including FERPA and HIPAA, and support related audits.
• Lead IAM projects, managing upgrades, integrations, and vendor relationships.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IAM, cybersecurity, or enterprise IT product management.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle, SAML, OAuth, LDAP, and access control models.
• Experience with IAM platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, or SailPoint.
• Familiarity with governance standards related to identity and access.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of IAM, Cybersecurity, Microsoft, and Cisco certifications (CISSP, CISM, CIAM).
