Description

You will manage and improve the organization's information security posture through technical controls and strategic planning.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) to assess vulnerabilities and detect cyber threats.
• Translate IT-risk requirements into technical control specifications and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with IT staff to integrate security into the evaluation, selection, and configuration of hardware and software.
• Develop security programs and projects that address identified risks and business objectives.
• Assist business owners and IT staff in responding to security audit failures.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience in information security.
• Experience with ISO 2700x management frameworks.
• Proficiency in performing risk, business impact, control, and vulnerability assessments.
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability assessment and penetration testing (VAPT).
• Experience in application security testing, including white box, black box, and code review.
• Strong understanding of operating system internals and network protocols.
• Knowledge of cryptography and cryptanalysis principles.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage project plans, including budgeting and resource allocation.
• Experience in developing and documenting security architecture and strategic plans.

B Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/IT or related discipline preferred.
