Description

You will manage IT compliance, assessments, and audit lifecycles to ensure organizational security and risk management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute the full audit lifecycle, including evidence collection, review, and observation tracking.
• Test IT controls across various systems, databases, applications, and operating systems.
• Manage auditor relations and facilitate management response collection.
• Develop and implement solutions to address identified security and work-related problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of combined IT experience, including 2 years specifically in IT security.
• Proven experience in IT general controls, IT compliance, or IT audit.
• Knowledge of HITRUST CSF, NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, and COBIT frameworks.
• Experience performing IT assessments and managing risk and compliance governance.
• Ability to tailor complex technical communication to different audience levels.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with minimal guidance as a self-directed professional.

Preferred Skills

• CISSP, CISA, CPA/CA, or CISM professional certifications.
• Master's degree (MBA, MSIS, MIS, etc.).
