Description

You will manage core infrastructure security and provide technical support for IT systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server and Desktop OS, including user accounts, file systems, and software installations.
• Manage Active Directory, domain backup/recovery, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
• Troubleshoot networking issues involving DHCP, DNS, routing, and firewall configurations.
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, KSH, or Perl for system tasks.
• Execute disaster recovery planning, system backups, and manage patching cycles.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server/Desktop environments and Active Directory/GPO.
• Experience managing RAID storage configurations and virtualization platforms.
• Proficiency in networking fundamentals (DHCP, DNS, Firewall, Routing).
• Familiarity with core security principles, including ACLs, encryption, and access control.
• Scripting proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, KSH, or Perl.
• Experience with disaster recovery and backup strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with ProWatch security systems.
