Description

You will provide IT security support for global clients, focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues and disturbances related to IT security products.
• Implement solutions to meet specific customer IT security requirements.
• Deploy Identity and Access Management technologies, including Identity Federation and Social Sign-in.
• Analyze and optimize existing security architectures and solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with IAM products such as One Identity Manager, Omada Identity Suite, ForgeRock, Sailpoint, Ping, CyberArk, Delinea, or Saviynt.
• Proficiency in SQL, SSIS, or SSRS.
• Experience with programming or scripting in Java or .NET.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server and Unix/Linux environments.
• Understanding of authentication methods including MFA and SAML.
• Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure and analytical troubleshooting.
• Professional fluency in both German and English.
• Degree in Computer Science or a comparable technical qualification.
