You will support business requirements and technical documentation within an IT environment.

Responsibilities

• Document business processes and technical requirements using modeling tools.
• Manage project timelines and documentation using MS Project and MS Office Suite.
• Analyze data and generate reports using MS Access and COGNOS.
• Collaborate on technical workflows and system modeling.
• Travel as required to support business needs.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Rational Suite proficiency, including Requisite Pro, Rose, Clear Quest, and Clear Case.
• MS Visio for process mapping.
• MS Project for project management.
• MS Access for data management.
• MS Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Visual Paradigm for modeling.
• COGNOS for reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
