Lead business analysis for enterprise projects, translating complex needs into actionable technical requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
• Develop business process models and workflow diagrams to represent current and future state workflows.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams.
• Break down roadmap features into actionable user stories and support system implementation.
• Participate in UAT and validate solutions against defined requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on enterprise projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, systems analysis, and business processes.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering, documentation, and process modeling.
• Experience working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to communicate and validate requirements with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale system replacement or transformation projects.
• Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
