Description

Lead multiple concurrent software development lifecycle projects within a matrix environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project lifecycles from initiation through post-implementation and final business acceptance.
• Develop and maintain project plans, communication plans, risk management plans, and all required project artifacts.
• Monitor resource requirements and assigned deliverables to ensure projects stay within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Facilitate communication between all stakeholders through meetings, status reports, and formal correspondence.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes to scope, communicating implications to senior management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in a leadership capacity.
• 2+ years of experience leading two or more concurrent project teams.
• Proven experience executing Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency with Windows applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and Teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project hours, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Experience managing project issues and risks throughout the entire project life cycle.

Preferred Skills

• PMP Certification.
• Experience with Jira, Azure Boards, or MindView.
