Description

Coordinate complex IT projects and vendor integrations to ensure alignment of roadmaps and secure delivery of compliant solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to align project roadmaps and deliverables.
• Manage stakeholder expectations with regular status updates, risk assessments, and issue escalation.
• Partner with vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality solutions meeting security and compliance standards.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to maintain momentum and address obstacles promptly.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation for clear decision tracking and next steps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Proven track record with vendor and third-party integrations.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices in project execution.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Microsoft Office tools.
• PMP Certification required.
• Ability to lead and coordinate remote cross-functional teams effectively.
