Description

You will manage and maintain the organization's core infrastructure to ensure high performance, reliability, and security.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain infrastructure devices including servers, PCs, tablets, and meeting room hardware.
• Manage and secure wired and wireless networks, firewalls, and cloud provider infrastructure.
• Execute server and SQL database backups and perform quarterly recovery testing.
• Monitor system alerts and respond to escalated help desk requests and 24/7 facility/system issues.
• Maintain hardware and software inventories, license agreements, and ANSI-compliant processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in system administration.
• Proficiency with Cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory.
• Strong networking knowledge, including Cisco environments.
• Experience managing firewalls and network security.
• Ability to maintain data integrity and comply with industry security standards.
• Experience with SaaS platforms and SQL database administration.

Preferred Skills

• Degree required (Any Graduate).
