Description

You will own QA and testing for critical in-house MES modules, ensuring functional, integration, and regression quality for web applications and APIs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess requirement testability and develop test cases from Business Requirements and Software Design Documents.
• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests for web applications and REST APIs.
• Script automated test suites and collaborate with developers on automation frameworks.
• Review, analyze, and report test results while managing defects in tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
• Collaborate with end users and product owners to ensure complete user acceptance testing and identify impact areas.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience assessing requirement testability and developing test cases.
• 5+ years of experience executing functional, integration, and regression tests.
• 5+ years of experience testing REST API and SAML SSO.
• 3+ years of experience scripting automated test suites.
• 3+ years of experience reviewing, analyzing, and reporting test results.
• 3+ years of experience writing Business and QA documentation with business teams.
• 2+ years of experience conducting QA and testing of web applications.
• 2+ years of experience developing SQL queries and using SQL tools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as HP ALM or JIRA.
