Description

Manage service level processes and operational frameworks to ensure consistent delivery across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and manage service level processes, SLAs, and OLAs for consistent administration.
• Oversee service resolution, including escalations, release changes, system patches, and PGW delivery uptime.
• Design and implement service model frameworks to monitor and measure team and service effectiveness.
• Lead and develop staff through hiring, training, performance reviews, and work scheduling.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs and eliminate unnecessary administrative procedures.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of related IT experience.
• 3+ years of leadership and people management experience.
• Administration of MS Windows 2016/2019 Server, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Administration of MS Exchange Server and Exchange Online.
• Management of MS Windows 10/11 compute environments.
• Administration of MS Intune and Autopilot deployment.
• Familiarity with NIST 800-171 compliance requirements.
• Experience managing complex, company-wide technical problems and resource allocation.
