Description

You will manage IT operations, infrastructure changes, and incident lifecycles to ensure system availability and resiliency.

Responsibilities

• Own incident and request management, applying problem management processes and performing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
• Manage infrastructure changes and execute preventive maintenance plans to minimize service disruptions.
• Configure networks and install operating systems, software, and hardware following IT standards and policies.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory using the GLPI tool and manage procurement and invoice processes within budget limits.
• Liaise with vendors to review SLA performance and coordinate with the Cybersecurity Team to implement essential security controls.
• Provide regular management reports on infrastructure performance, incident statistics, and ticket backlogs.
• Support local IT projects and provide out-of-hours on-call support or ad-hoc coverage for other sites.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Network/System Administrator or equivalent.
• Technical Support expertise.
• Experience with incident, request, change, and problem management processes.
• Ability to build and maintain technical documentation for IT services.
• Experience with hardware and software replacement projects.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and procurement governance.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud deployments including IaaS and PaaS.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS.
