Description

You will manage and optimize IT service delivery operations on-site in Delhi Cantonment.

Responsibilities

• Execute root cause analysis to resolve recurring technical issues.
• Manage problem management workflows to minimize service disruptions.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation for all service processes.
• Utilize GLPI to track and manage IT service requests and assets.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery.
• Proven expertise in Root Cause Analysis and problem management.
• Hands-on experience with GLPI.
• Strong technical documentation skills.
• Foundational knowledge in Information Technology service frameworks.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi Cantonment.

• Any Graduate degree.
