Description

Manage IT operations, infrastructure changes, and incident lifecycles to ensure system availability and service continuity.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident and request lifecycles, applying problem management and root cause analysis to recurring issues.
• Execute infrastructure changes and configure networks, operating systems, software, and hardware following IT standards.
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory using GLPI and manage procurement and invoice processes.
• Perform preventive maintenance and periodic monitoring of infrastructure assets to minimize service disruptions.
• Coordinate with vendors on SLA performance and collaborate with the Cybersecurity Team to implement security controls.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience as a Network/System Administrator or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with network configuration and hardware/software installation.
• Proficiency in incident, change, and problem management processes.
• Experience with GLPI tool for asset management.
• Ability to manage procurement workflows and invoice processing within budget limits.
• Capability to provide out-of-hours on-call support and ad-hoc site coverage.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to cloud deployments, specifically Microsoft Azure or AWS.
