Description

You will manage local IT infrastructure and serve as the primary point of contact for site-specific technical issues and service requests.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain IT infrastructure security, backup, and disaster recovery protocols to ensure corporate policy compliance.
• Manage hardware lifecycles and software licensing through rigorous asset management and audit compliance.
• Support end-users across server, client, printer, and network environments including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN.
• Coordinate with the Service Desk and central IT groups to resolve application and infrastructure incidents within agreed service levels.
• Assist the IT Service Delivery Manager with budgeting, cost control, and business proposal generation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-time experience in a corporate or business environment.
• Expertise in IT Infrastructure Management and Service Delivery.
• Experience managing Backup & Recovery Systems and Disaster Recovery Planning.
• Proficiency in maintaining IT Documentation and audit compliance.
• Knowledge of network communications including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and VPN access.
• Ability to manage hardware lifecycle and software licensing.
• Experience working within defined Service Levels (SLAs).

Preferred Skills

• Degree or any graduate level education.
