Description

You will provide first-level technical support to a large user base via telephone.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network operating problems over the phone.
• Identify, research, and isolate information systems issues to reach resolution.
• Prioritize incoming issues and follow established escalation procedures to appropriate technical personnel.
• Coordinate referrals to professional or service personnel when necessary.
• Apply knowledge of information systems products to assist users with technical inquiries.

Required Skills

• 1–2 years of experience in a Technical Help Desk environment providing 1st level phone support.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service support.
• Hands-on experience supporting PC, Macintosh, iPhone, and printer hardware.
• Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10 OS, and MS-Outlook.
• Experience with MS-Office 2013, 2016, and Office 365.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and work independently.
• Essential typing skills.
