Lead service delivery operations and drive operational standards across the IT portfolio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning and execution of service delivery operations for the assigned portfolio.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess and improve service performance against SLOs.
• Translate technical initiatives and business impact into clear presentations for stakeholders.
• Build and motivate high-performance teams while managing stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Service Management.
• 5+ years of experience in IT leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in Service Delivery Management methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing cloud-based portfolios including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Deep understanding of overall IT landscapes and business operating models.
• Strong ability to use data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing service delivery within the healthcare domain.
