Description

You will administer and configure the Ivanti ITSM platform for remote operations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure changes within the Ivanti service management platform.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management workflows.
• Set up and maintain integrations using APIs and SQL.
• Run queries to support asset management and discovery processes.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of experience in IT Service Management administration.
• Hands-on experience configuring and administering Ivanti solutions.
• Proficiency in managing incident, problem, and change modules.
• Ability to set up integrations via APIs.
• Strong SQL skills for running queries and data manipulation.
• Understanding of asset management and discovery tools.
