Description

You will design, configure, and automate ITSM tools and workflows to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, document, and configure ITSM solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Automate workflows and processes to increase scalability and efficiency.
• Lead the migration from ServiceNow to TeamDynamix.
• Define integration requirements between ITSM platforms and enterprise systems.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical leadership.
• Participate in an on-call rotation, including occasional after-hours or weekend support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in ITSM.
• Hands-on experience with TeamDynamix (TDX), Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of incident, change, release, and configuration management processes.
• Proven ability to automate workflows and analyze performance metrics.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating ITSM platforms from ServiceNow to TeamDynamix.
• Background in AI and automation for process optimization.
• Knowledge of ITSM practices within product-led organizations.
