Description

You will manage and support IT services across the organization, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evaluate service requests, reshaping requirements for optimal outcomes.
• Dispatch and track service requests to teams to ensure SLA adherence.
• Implement, deliver, and support third-party IT solutions.
• Monitor service performance and drive continuous improvement in delivery.
• Create and manage no-code/low-code solutions to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in IT Service Management or Application Support.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of SLA management and service delivery processes.
• Experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in Application Support functions and troubleshooting application/system issues.
• Experience providing user training and managing stakeholders.
• Good understanding of information security and compliance practices.
• Experience generating reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
