Description

You will perform on-site installations and maintenance for point-of-sale hardware.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Remove existing credit card machines and install new units at specified locations.
• Verify the successful installation and operational functionality of every device.
• Follow detailed, step-by-step installation instructions provided by the client.
• Coordinate deployment schedules with the client's project manager.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience performing IT Service Technician duties.
• Ability to travel to multiple sites within the Chicago area.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to written instructions.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Must have a current flu vaccination or commit to obtaining one.
