IT Services - MES Engineer

You will deliver electronic batch record configuration and validation within the Emerson Syncade Manufacturing Execution System (MES).

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and deploy new or revised recipes in the Emerson Syncade MES system.
• Execute validation activities including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols, dry runs, and verification testing.
• Update system lifecycle documentation such as User Requirements, Configuration, Function, and Design Specifications.
• Support floor operations on a rotational basis to assist during batch record execution.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, IT, and Quality teams to design, review, and test recipe solutions.

Required Skills

• Direct experience with the Emerson Syncade MES system.
• Experience writing and executing validation protocols.
• Competency in technical writing and GMP procedure writing.
• Experience with system configuration tasks and testing.
• 2-5 years of experience in a computer or science-based field.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and XML coding in an MES construct.
• Experience in cell therapy or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
