Description

Drive new business acquisition within the Banking and Financial Services sector by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new customers and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
• Manage inbound leads and maintain an active sales pipeline within the CRM.
• Drive conversations regarding technology solutions, RFPs, and RFIs with key decision-makers.
• Execute cold calling and lead generation campaigns to initiate new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed defined quarterly and annual sales quotas.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall sales experience selling software services.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience specifically within the Banking and Financial Services (BFS) space.
• Proven track record of selling IT services into Banks and Credit Unions.
• Experience managing large IT account contracts and offshore development center models.
• Strong ability to socialize and build relationships with business decision-makers.
• Expertise in selling IT solutions against competitors.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience selling Temenos T24, Finastra, or other Core Banking solutions.
