Description

You provide on-site IT and audio/video support for users in an office environment, managing hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining equipment records.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
• Manage asset inventory, including tracking, updating, and maintaining records of IT equipment.
• Perform imaging and refreshing of computers and devices to ensure proper functionality.
• Troubleshoot common IT issues, including printer problems and software errors.
• Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot audio and video equipment, including projectors and conferencing systems.

Required Skills

• Proven experience providing IT support in an office environment.
• Familiarity with the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of audio and video equipment functions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to various client locations as needed.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with asset management software and IT service management tools.
• Familiarity with lifesciences, healthcare, or pharma environments and HIPAA standards.
• Basic knowledge of networking and cabling.
