Description

You will own the management of the entire software asset lifecycle for the organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a centralized inventory of all software assets, licenses, and SaaS subscriptions.
• Oversee procurement, deployment, renewal, and retirement processes to track entitlements and usage.
• Ensure adherence to software license agreements, vendor terms, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze utilization data to identify underused licenses and drive cost-saving initiatives.
• Manage and optimize SAM/ITSM tools, generating compliance and spend reports for leadership.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM).
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise applications such as SAP, Workday, or Google Workspace.
• Proficiency with SAM/ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and processes.
• Experience managing SaaS vendor and subscription lifecycles.
• Ability to lead internal audits and mitigate software license compliance risks.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• CSAM certification.
