Description

You will manage desktop hardware, software, and onsite conference room technology for end-users in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the ServiceNow ticketing queue, including request updates and team notifications.
• Maintain onsite Zoom conference rooms by performing daily equipment checks and configuring audio/visual and network connections.
• Provision systems for new hires and manage hardware replacements.
• Troubleshoot Windows software, hardware, and network connectivity issues for desktops and laptops.
• Maintain hardware inventory and document all IT and systems processes.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience supporting end-users in person within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency troubleshooting Windows 7, 10, and 11.
• Experience supporting Office 365 and Windows-based laptop/desktop hardware and software.
• Ability to troubleshoot video conferencing room technology.
• Knowledge of network implementation, server hardware, software installation, and maintenance.
• Understanding of ITIL and ITSM best practices.
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds of technical equipment.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical issues in non-technical terms.

Preferred Skills

• Mac OS knowledge and CompTIA certifications.
• Networking knowledge including TCP/IP, routing, WAN/LAN, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and SAN.
